It took us almost an hour for me and Zul to get to Hira' cave on top of Jabal Nur. Next to Jabal Nur is Jabal Jibrail whereby the angel descend from the sky to bring the first wahyu for our prophet Muhammad s.a.w.
Alhamdullilah I was called up once again to perform pilgrimage (umrah) with my mum & brother Zul. This time around we went with Andalusia Travel Agency - Dato' Daud Che Ngah. And the service provided by the agency to bring us to Hira' Cave immediately agreed by us as I've been wanting to experience the likes of those who attended the cave and most importantly to get the feel of how our prophet Muhammad s.a.w. went thru all the trouble in order to 'berkhalwat' (be alone) - After my 5th visit to the holy Mecca, i managed to reach the cave.
Ibrah from the visit - what we face, the trouble that came to us is nothing in comparison to test experienced by our prophet Muhammad s.a.w. Our prophet was 40-year-old then when he first received the first wahyu & Siti Khadijah was 65-year-old and she was the one who sent the foods, clothing etc for our prophet while he was in the cave! What a sacrification. Patience is the word!
